Wayne Consolidated School opened its doors for its first class as a five-room school in 1936. The information about the school is what has been able to be pieced together from what the Committee remembers and what information is available in print. The Wayne Township Consolidated School history has not been recorded as far as the Reunion Committee has been able to find.
All former students, staff, and families are invited.
Those interested in attending are asked to come with pictures and memories to help join everyone for fellowship and fun. The reunion event will be held at the Slippery Rock Presbyterian Church, located at 258 Slippery Rock Drive, Ellwood City, PA 16117 and is scheduled to take place from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. A Wayne Township Consolidated School Reunion has been planned and is set to take place on Saturday, September 21, 2019.
